Sweat Belt Waist Trimmer for Men and Women

This sweat belt is a wide neoprene waist trimmer that you wrap around your middle while you exercise, for men and women who want to sweat more around the waist on walks, at the gym or during home workouts. Choose black with a blue lining, or black with pink edging, which comes in a Sweet Sweat style box.

Neoprene holds in body heat, so you feel warmer and sweat more under the belt as you move. Many people also like the snug, supported feel it gives around the stomach and lower back during a workout. Wrap it on, pull it as firm as feels comfortable and press the long hook-and-loop closure down.

What it does and doesn’t do

A sweat belt makes you sweat more around the waist, but that sweat is water, not fat. It doesn’t burn fat or shrink your waist on its own; regular exercise and sensible eating do that. Treat it as a workout accessory that keeps your core warm, not a shortcut.

Using it safely

• Wear it over a thin T-shirt or vest rather than on bare skin.
• Drink water before, during and after your workout, especially in summer.
• Take it off if you feel dizzy, overheated or short of breath.
• Don’t wear it during pregnancy, and ask your doctor first if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure.

Tip: after each use, wipe the inside with a damp cloth and let it air-dry in the shade before you roll it up.
