Couriers don’t usually deliver on Sundays and public holidays, and weather, strikes or road closures can cause delays. If your order is held up, we’ll let you know.
Delivery costs Rs 200 per order, and it’s free on orders of Rs 3,000 or more. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order, and there’s nothing more to pay at the door.
Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready, as riders may not carry change. The amount to pay is shown on your order page.
Once your parcel is dispatched you can follow it on Track your order with your order number and phone number. We also send updates on WhatsApp.
The courier usually makes more than one attempt and may call before coming, so please keep your phone on. If the parcel can’t be delivered it comes back to us. Message us and we’ll send it again; a new delivery charge may apply.
If you change your mind, please tell us before your order is dispatched rather than refusing it at the door. A refused cash-on-delivery parcel costs us delivery both ways, so after a refusal without a good reason we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
