A short call lets us check your address, the product and the colour or size before we send anything. It means fewer mistakes and your parcel reaches you the first time.

We try again and also message you on WhatsApp. If we can’t reach you after a few tries, we may cancel the order. You can always message us to place it again.

Yes, until it’s handed to the courier. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once a parcel is on its way it can’t be changed, but you can still return it under our returns policy.

Yes. Send us the product name or a screenshot, with your name, city and full address, on WhatsApp at 0306 3215566 and we’ll place the order for you.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the products and quantities you need, and we’ll tell you the price and delivery time.

Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver. Pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives, and please keep the exact amount ready.

Pay in advance by bank transfer or Raast and get 4% off your items. Choose “Pay in advance” at checkout, send the amount to the account shown, then share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp or upload it on your order page. We dispatch as soon as the payment is confirmed.

We only ask you to pay into our business account, shown at checkout and on your order page. We never ask for your card number, PIN or one-time code. If anyone asks for these in our name, it isn’t us: please tell us.

Most orders arrive in 3–5 working days after we confirm them. Big cities are usually quicker, and smaller towns can take a day or two longer.

Delivery costs Rs 200 per order, and it’s free on orders of Rs 3,000 or more.

We deliver to 70 cities and towns across Pakistan. You can check yours on our shipping page, or pick it at checkout.

Yes. You can ask for a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packing, with all its parts. See returns and refunds for the details.

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packing. We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover the delivery costs.

By bank transfer, Raast or mobile wallet, within 7 working days after we receive and check the returned item.

We check toys for sharp edges, loose small parts and strong smells before we list them, and every product page shows the age it suits. Toys with small parts aren’t meant for children under 3, and young children should play with an adult nearby.

Most toys and sports gear don’t come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If a product has a manufacturing fault within 7 days of delivery, we’ll replace it or refund you.

Usually, yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the product name and we’ll tell you when it’s back in stock.
