Looking after them

• The heads are made for non-stick pans, but don’t leave a tool resting in a hot pan or in frying oil, and keep the handles away from the flame.
• The box marks the tools dishwasher safe; washing by hand in warm soapy water works just as well.
• Haldi can stain lighter plastics, so rinse the tools soon after cooking.
• Wipe the stand with a damp cloth.
