9-Piece Rose Gold Knife Set with Rotating Stand, Scissors and Peeler

Using the sharpening steel

1. 1Hold the steel upright with its tip resting on a folded cloth.
2. 2Place the heel of the blade against the top of the steel at a slight angle.
3. 3Draw the blade down and towards you, so the whole edge touches the steel.
4. 4Repeat five or six times on each side, then wipe the blade clean.

Looking after the set

• Wash by hand with a soft sponge and dry each knife before it goes back in the stand.
• Avoid scrubbing pads and the dishwasher, which wear the coating and the rose-gold finish.
• Cut on wooden or plastic boards, not on steel, glass or stone.
• Keep the stand out of children’s reach.
