GP Z-Shape Hand Gripper, Double Spring (Medium)

A Z-shape hand gripper from GP with two springs between its plastic handles, for anyone who wants a light, quiet grip trainer for the desk, the classroom or a long journey. Squeeze it with your whole hand, or press with one finger at a time.

Most grippers have a single spring at the top. This one has two, set at an angle between the handles in a Z (some call it N) shape, so the handles close evenly along their length. The ribbed, hatched surface stops them slipping in your hand, and it works quietly, so you can use it in an office or while others are asleep.

How to use it

1. 1Hold it across your palm, one handle against your palm and your fingers on the other.
2. 2Squeeze the handles together as far as they go, hold for a second and release slowly.
3. 3For finger work, press the handle with one finger at a time, from index to little finger.
4. 4Do 2–3 sets of 15–20 per hand.

Which strength is it?

This is the Medium version in GP’s Z-grip range: firm enough for regular grip and finger practice, but not a heavy gym gripper. If you want heavy resistance, one of our adjustable grippers will suit you better.
