Our story

We started Cartmilo to make buying online simple and honest: clear product details, a real person on the phone, and no surprises when the parcel arrives.

How we work

We check products before we sell themOur team tries every product before it goes on the website, and each order is checked again before it’s packed.
We call to confirm every orderSomeone from our team calls you before anything is packed, so the address, colour and size are right the first time.
We pack by handParcels are packed to survive the journey, and each one has a packing slip with your order details.
You pay when it arrivesCash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver. Pay in advance by bank transfer or Raast and get 4% off your items.
Returns are easyIf something isn’t right, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out.
