About the Mute 9136 Palm Support with Wrist Strap
The Mute 9136 palm support is a stretchy knitted sleeve for the hand with a wrap-around wrist strap, for gym-goers, cricketers and anyone whose palm and wrist take a lot of pressure. The knit hugs your palm from just below the knuckles down to the wrist, and the strap wraps round the wrist on top for a firmer hold.
Your fingers stay free and your thumb comes out through its own opening, so you can still grip a dumbbell, a bat handle, a racket or a cycle handlebar properly. Wear the strap loose for warm-ups and pull it tighter for heavy sets.

Will it fit my hand?
It’s a stretchy knit with an adjustable strap, so it fits most adult hands. If your hand is very small or very large, message us on WhatsApp before you order.
Can I wear it on my left hand?
Yes. Turn it round so your thumb goes through the opening; the strap wraps round the wrist from either side.
Can I lift weights with it?
Yes. Your fingers stay free to grip the bar or dumbbell, and the strap holds your wrist firm during presses and rows. Pull the strap tighter for heavy sets and loosen it between them.
