Getting the size right

Knitted sleeves work by fitting snugly, so size matters more than it does with a strap brace. Measure around the middle of your kneecap with your leg straight. The sleeve should feel firm but comfortable, never so tight that it leaves deep marks or makes your foot tingle. The pack shown is marked size M on the maker’s S–XXL range; message us your knee measurement before you order if you need a different size.

Sleeve or brace?
